NIXDORF Impact Movement Management GmbH provides services on the basis and to the extent of a registration pursuant to § 44 in conjunction with § 2 para. § Section 2 (4) of the German Investment Code (KAGB) as an external capital management company, NIXDORF Impact Movement Management GmbH provides collective asset management services for special alternative investment funds (S-AIF) such as asc impact forestry fund GmbH & Co. KG and all related transactions.

The focus of the activities includes conception, sales, portfolio management, risk and liquidity management as well as fund administration including investor management and reporting. The capital management company does not provide any services or ancillary services in accordance with section 20 (2) or (3) KAGB. The focus is on funds with a sustainable positive environmental, social and corporate impact (ESG) in accordance with Article 8 or 9 of the Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (SFDR).
