WITH SUSTAINABILITY
SUSTAINABLE RETURNS THROUGH
RESPONSIBLE INVESTING
With asc impact, you invest in a better future and become part of an
investment strategy that enables financial returns, ecological returns and
positive impact.
Our investment approach aims to achieve maximum environmental, social and economic impact. Our processes are designed to generate maximum value through positive contributions in these areas.
Our motto is: Impact creates value.
The asc impact forestry fund invests in forestry and agriculture in sub-Saharan Africa in order to take advantage of the unique economic conditions there.
These countries currently offer the best conditions, as very favorable land is made available to us with long-term leasehold or hereditary leasehold rights. We also benefit from optimal conditions in terms of water, rainfall and fertility, which leads to considerable yields. One positive factor is that the project countries import agricultural and forestry products. This means that production can be sold locally at world market prices as a substitute for imports. The fund generates additional income through the sale ofCO2 certificates, which meet the highest standards and are sold on the international market.
The asc impact forestry fund's investment approach combines economic profit with sustainability. With a projected return of around 20% per year, the fund offers an attractive investment option and at the same time promotes the local economy by creating jobs and strengthening agricultural capacities. It also combats the shortage of timber and safeguards ecological diversity.
asc impact sets new standards for investments that are profitable and sustainable. The fund protects existing forests, reforests sustainably, promotes biodiversity and practises modern agriculture.
This commitment creates a lasting incentive for all local partners to support the investment.

TRACK RECORD
The initiators and co-founders of asc impact are the Kirchmayer family. Successfully at home in agriculture and forestry for many generations, as well as in the wood processing industry and export business, the established business model has become a successful growth model. This was achieved together with partners with expertise and experience from the fund and venture capital market.
Today, the asc impact management team proves that the development of forestry businesses, especially in developing countries, promises sustainable and successful growth potential. A strong network of supporters and partners has been built up by combining expertise and experience with favorable conditions in sub-Saharan Africa. The first local forestry and agricultural projects have thus been successfully implemented and further developed.
This approach has allowed asc impact to become an established player. All joint action decisions are consistently pursued with the aim of achieving maximum impact for the climate, the local population and the profitability of the investment.
