WHAT WE UNDERSTAND BY 360°IMPACT

We consistently implement our strategic approach in the asc impact forestry fund. Attractive financial performance combined with a positive social and environmental impact makes asc impact an appealing choice for investors looking for holistically sustainable and impactful investments.

Strong returns

The investment opportunities targets a return of over 20% per annum, wich exceeds traditional investment options. Long-term leases in local communities paired with sustainable agriculture and forestry lead to profitable products such as timber, agricultural products and carbon certificates.

Ecological impact

Our projects promote sustainable practices and the protection of biodiversity in line with the United Nations' SDGs. Investments in sustainable agriculture and forestry strengthen ecological diversity, have a positive impact on climate change, contribute to carbon storage and achieve long-term positive environmental impacts.

ESG compliance

asc impact strategies emphasize compliance with ESG criteria (environmental, social, governance), which is particularly attractive to ethical investors. A significant part of the asc impact team's remuneration is linked to the fulfillment of these criteria. This strengthens our commitment to sustainability and positive impact.

Appropriate risk

All investments are insured against selected political risks and are diversified across several countries and climate zones. Each project has year-round water-bearing rivers for emergency irrigation. We work with local buyers to secure sales and avoid risks such as political conflicts.

Diversification

Investments in agriculture and forestry offer excellent diversification and reduce risks in the overall portfolio. Our strategy diversifies by country and revenue source such as timber, agricultural products and carbon certificates, which increases the stability and resilience of the investments and optimizes return opportunities.

Social impact

We realize our investments in forestry and agriculture with local communities. We promote integration and create important skilled jobs. This supports local development, strengthens the commitment of the social community and has a positive influence on cooperation with our local partners.

WHEN WE SAY IMPACT
WE MEAN IMPROVEMENTS

.

Since our foundation, we have been working intensively on the successful implementation of our projects. We have recognized that only real and measurable progress can meet the challenges of our time. This enables us to demonstrate both profitability and sustainability to our investors.

asc impact focuses on investments that are in line with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Our work directly links these goals with the possibility of high returns.

The following objectives are particularly noteworthy:

SDG 1 - Create regular jobs with above-average salaries in regions without prior employment opportunities.
SDG 2 - Improve local food supply, especially through the production of corn and soy, to strengthen food security.
SDG 4 - Extensive training programs for employees and the local community promote education and training.
SDG 6 - Rivers are used in an ecologically sustainable manner by using modern technology to irrigate only when necessary, including protection of water-related ecosystems.
SDG 8 - Job creation and production of timber and agricultural products promote the economy in neglected regions.
SDG 9 - Promote infrastructure measures through increased financial and technological support in the Sub-Saharan region.
SDG 12 - Sustainable management and efficient use of natural resources in agriculture and forestry.
SDG 13 - Afforestation binds significant amounts of CO₂, which helps to reduce the negative impact on the environment.
SDG 15 - Promote and regenerate local ecosystems through afforestation and measure impacts on biodiversity.
SDG 17 - Engage global teams and partnerships for sustainable development, sharing knowledge, expertise, technology and financial resources.
